Birthday Morning Part 2

Back to Braysen's birthday morning. We decided to get him a jumper for his birthday because this kid loves jumpers. Every time we go to a birthday party or a play date where there is a jumper, he talks about jumping the entire way home. He then talks about it at home. He then tries his best to get back in the car so I can take him back to "JUMP!"

We wanted to give him the jumper before I had to leave for work. It was a pretty cold morning, and it's pretty obvious that he just had to test it out. Don't judge me because my 2-year-old is in a jumper at 6:30 on a freezing cold morning wearing his jammies, a beanie, and gloves.

Starting Off Spring Break

Lots of days to catch up on and lots of pictures to post, but I'll go back to those later. Friday was my last day of school and I am officially off for Spring Break! Braysen and I usually eat dinner with my parents on Fridays (Tony doesn't get home from work until close to midnight every night), but my parents took off for the river, so B and I were on our own.

He always wants to see what I'm doing when I'm cooking, so the majority of my dinner prep time, I am either holding him or he sits up on the counter. He decided to help himself to a big ol' hunk of tomato while I was chopping away. Dang, this kid loooves tomatoes!

After dinner, we went to get some frozen yogurt. He thinks it's ice cream. I'm ok with that. When I asked him which flavor he wanted, he promptly told me "Choc-it". Chocolate? Really? Whose kid is this anyway? I think he has his Grammie's taste buds!

Birthday Morning

Since Tony and I work opposite schedules, the only time we had together with Braysen was in the morning, right before I left for work. We wanted to do something special for him, so this is what Braysen woke up to on his birthday morning:

He thought it was pretty funny. Instead of ripping through the crepe paper, he decided to creep under it!

These next few shots are the only clear ones I have. He was kicking the balloons around like a maniac and telling us, "FUN!" Most of the pictures turned out super blurry.
