One Step Closer to Our Backyard!
The boys laid our sod yesterday. I could not be happier. Braysen was thrilled, as was our dog Tiffany. She wans't fond of having to go potty in the dirt.
The truck showed up really early, but Braysen looks for any excuse to be outside. I was trying to get a picture of the sod, but he snuck in there. For some reason, he thinks every picture I take is supposed to be of him. I haven't the faintest idea as to why he thinks that. :)
Even though we're technically not supposed to be walking on the new grass yet, we just had to try it out. Braysen spent a little time today working some art to hang on the wall in his new play room. He takes his art very seriously and was not happy when it was clean up time. Don't mind any white chunks you see in his hair in any of these photos. It's remnants from a paper mache birthday party project we were working on a little earlier.
